    I shuffled in and walked out. Such a relief for my lower back pain which I had been suffering for two weeks. I had tried Voltaren tablets and deep heat ointment with slight effect. In desperation I sought an Osteopath. I had never used on before so I was a little apprehensive and extremely sore. Jenny was brilliant. She spent time interviewing me and recording. Next she felt my lower back and gave some mild exercises to determine the possible causes of my pain. Jenny gently massaged those muscles and manipulated my legs to retrain the muscle. She followed this up with advice on lifting, lower back exercises and even how to get out of bed correctly. I followed Jenny's suggestions and after three days I was able to drive back to Toowoomba with minimum discomfort. A big thank you, Jenny.
